Making It Easier to Change Plans — Cruise with Confidence

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What happens if there is a difference between the fare of the new cruise I want to book and the FCC I have available? If the cruise fare on a new booking exceeds the value of the FCC, passengers will have to pay the difference. Alternatively, if the new cruise fare is lower than the value of the Future Cruise Credit, guests can keep the remainder in their FCC bank with the original expiry date or use it to upgrade their stateroom.

2. What if I booked with a non-refundable deposit? Within the final payment, all deposits become part of the published cancellation fees.

3. If a guest knows which ship and sailing date they wish to rebook, can they rebook now? To receive the FCC, all guests must cancel their existing booking. Please check with your travel agent to rebook.

4. What if I booked flights through Princess, is that also covered? For those who purchased EZ Air the following applies:
For Flexible Air, air cancellation fees will be added to the FCC. For Restricted Air, there may be a credit issued by the airline that will be converted into a separate future air credit for that airline that can be used when booking your Princess cruise (the credit only applies to that airline). Any balance not included in the air credit will be added to your FCC.

5. What if I booked flights independently? Book with Confidence does not cover airfares incurred on stand-alone airline tickets. Guests should contact their airline or travel insurance provider for assistance with this.
